other things are just not as interesting now.

gg to make a dish inspired by everything with fries' salmon in a cup. together with the pack of salmon bellies and leftover puff pastry from the beef wellington their other time. i call it... heck with the name.

salmon belly boiled in soymilk base with miso and some turnip/carrot, then bake it with a bowl covered with puff pastry.

will buy steak to cook.

just gg to sleep over everything and wake up to do ^
